Health and PE
Strong bodies, happy hearts, clean hands!
Hi, friends! I'm Coach Jesse. I teach Health and PE. PE means physical education. That's a big way to say "learning to move and play."
Here we learn how to take care of our amazing bodies. Ready? Let's go!
What does it mean to be healthy?
Being healthy means your body and your mind feel good and strong.
You can help your body every day with small things you do again and again. These are called habits.
Move
Run, jump, dance and play.
Sleep
Rest helps you grow.
Eat
Fill up on colorful food.
Wash
Soap and water wash germs away.
Wiggle break!
Sitting a long time? Stand up and shake it out! Make sure you have room to move.
Press the button to get a move. Do it, then press again for a new one. Press it 5 times for a full wiggle break.
Ready when you are!
